Refund policy

 Celebforty thoroughly inspects all merchandise for defects  before shipping to our customers. Therefore once the items are shipped, we're not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Celebforty does not offer refunds but we do offer even exchanges.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from date of receipt to notify us and return the item. We will do a  even  exchange for an item of the same value.  After 7 days items no longer qualify for an exchange.

To request an exchange you must first  notify customerservice@celebforty.com

To be eligible for an exchange the following must be met: 

  •  Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached, 
  •  Item must be in its original packaging. 
  • You’ll also need to include a copy of  the receipt for proof of purchase. 
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved you will receive an email with an RMA # and  instructions on how to send the item back.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item for exchange.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, or size so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue immediately.
